What is XC Scorer Pro?
XC Scorer Pro is built around three core jobs for a cross country coach: managing your roster, managing and scoring your meets, and getting results in front of coaches, athletes, and fans as soon as the race is over.
Coaches build a roster once each season — by Excel import or manual entry — and that same roster carries over to build a lineup for every meet, with no re-entering names. Meets can be scored from a dual all the way up to a full invitational, with team scoring, forfeits, and tie-breaking handled automatically. The moment a meet is scored, results are saved and published immediately, so coaches, athletes, and parents can pull up a result without waiting on a photo of a scoresheet.

Our Story
As a former cross country coach, I experienced firsthand the challenges of managing meet logistics with traditional methods — paper scoresheets, clipboards, and stopwatches. Results were often captured through photos of handwritten scoresheets, leaving athletes without immediate access to their performance data unless they specifically asked their coach.
Now working as a software engineer, I'm combining my coaching background, passion for running, and technical expertise to build a solution that simplifies meet scoring and brings cross country meet management into the 21st century.
